The Fine Print To order, print the form and fill in the quantity of the item requested times the purchase price. Please double check your order to verify quantity and addition. The order can be faxed or mailed to us. Phone orders are also welcome. For custom orders, black and white camera ready artwork is required. This may be mailed or e-mailed. A faxed copy is not acceptable. If clean-up work is required, there may be an additional set-up charge. A proof will be faxed or e-mailed on all custom orders along with any additional charges, and work will not proceed until we have your approval. Visa, Mastercard, or company check are accepted in U.S. funds only. Orders are shipped Priority Mail via US Postal Service. Shipping charges apply to U.S and Canada. If elsewhere, please call for delivery rates. Please allow two to three weeks plus delivery time after confirmation of your order. |
